About the event

During this one day event, which includes a nutritious lunch, Natasha Martin, a fully trained  and registered Mindfulness coach will teach you how to tap into your inner resources to find peace and calm, living with greater confidence, kindness, clarity and wisdom.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about mindfulness and experience exercise techniques which can be used in our everyday life
  • Learn how to let go of thoughts that keep you stuck
  • Learn techniques that support you to let go of the pain that rules your life
  • Learn how to surrender and tune into your inner self
  • Learn how to become more present and enjoy each moment!
