Service Description

Liz runs a two hour taster workshop in Touch for Health Kinesiology for those who wish to: - Learn tools and techniques to support their own health and wellbeing and that of their friends and family. - Dip their toe in the water before embarking on the TFH Kinesiology Levels 1-4 Course. - Connect with other like-minded people in a supportive learning environment. - Access a Personal Development opportunity. - Workshops run from 10.00am - 12.00pm. Groups are limited to a maximum of 8 students and includes refreshments. - All workshop materials are included. Suitable for all age groups and abilities.
