Kinesiology at Devon Well House

Kinesiology offers a whole-person approach, working nutritionally, structurally, emotionally and energetically. I will work with tools and techniques to empower you to experience and nurture your health, in a way that you may not have experienced or had awareness before.

Working with 6 Pillars of Health

 

Throughout our time together, I will be drawing on my extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in Touch for Health Kinesiology, Functional Kinesiology, Mindset coaching and Massage. We will be guided by your body to explore all areas of your health and promote healing.

 

These can be broken down into six main pillars:

  1. Blood sugars and diet
    A key area of focus is on your diet. We will be looking to see how we can support your blood sugars and detect any food intolerances/sensitivies that may be delepeting your energies and creating stress in your body. I will suggest targeted nutrtional supplements if they are indicated to support your recovery and offer guidance around menu plans and eating strategies.

  2. Adrenals and Stress
    Stressors are a huge factor of being on the planet right now. From work and relationship pressures to food intolerances and our minerally depleted food chain. Our bodies are under constant attack and this can be a root cause of inflammation and illness. During your sessions, we will look at what these stressors are for you and what we can do to rebalance them.

  3. Hormones
    Oestrogen dominance and progesterone deficiency are major causes of physical symptoms today. From the increased environmental pollutants to the toxic hormone disruptor chemicals in our toiletries, we are seeing evidence of oestrogen imbalances commonly. Learning how to rebalance your hormones is essential for your health. Whether you are entering puberty, a young adult, wishing to become a parent or stepping into later life, your hormonal landscape is always changing. We will work together to support your overall health goals and if your hormonal health is at the root of that, you are in the right place.

  4. Digestion
    Digestive issues are one of the main reasons people seek help from an alternative health practitioner. The medical model has very little to offer people experiencing functional bowel conditions. Working with me will help you to understand how to improve your digestive health. With massage techniques that support congestion and lymphatic flow, combined with nutritional protocols to support your gut health and microbiome, we can put the ease back in your digestion and peace of mind that all is well.
    Immune
    Immune function is an area that has, until recently not been well understood and worked with effectively. In Functional Kinesiology, we see our immune system as the second of the “victims” (along with digestion) when the Triangle of Hormonal Health is out of balance. By reducing the stressors in your system, we clear the way for more resilience and a greater immune system, helping you to acheive optimal and lasting health.

  5. Emotional Transformation
    Emotional blocks and anxiety are often a core part of your health presentation. Throughout our time working together, I will be taking the time to ensure that you feel safe and supported at every stage of your wellness journey. The body 'holds the score' and as you become more self aware and able to lean-into your body's wisdom, it may uncover emotional 'holding' that, with my support to process will significantly shift how you experience your health. Together, we can work through the blocks that are holding you back and process any deep trauma that maybe held within your system.
